We hired this company to do a home inspection, service was great, very in depth inspection (70 pages plus a video) he went above and beyond the normal expectations of an inspector. Unfortunately the house was a total loss, and we couldn’t make a deal. But the inspection showed us what we weren’t seeing. I would gladly pay for 5 more inspections through these guys rather then spend flight fair to view properties constantly. I would highly recommend.We have since hired this company 2 more times, different inspectors. Very pleased in general with the company and 3 of their inspectors.

My partner and I are first-time home buyers. Our realtor recommended Kevin Travis as the go-to home inspector for the area. Not knowing much about the process or expected intrusiveness, we were trepidatious, yet optimistic. Arriving onsite, near the end of the inspection, we were pleasantly greeted by Kevin, who we immediately found to be personable, knowledgable, and trustworthy. He walked us through the major findings, gave us a general idea about the severity of each issue, a timeline of repairs, and his personal recommendations. Once we finished discussing the report overview, he stuck around for an amiable chat about the local area, his experience with similar properties, and some possible business ventures we ought to look into based on the acreage and location. The following day we received our water potability test results – exactly on schedule – preceded by a roughly 75 page report detailing the issues he found, along with accompanying photographs. Its has been little late to provide the feedback as Kevin inspected my house two years ago, Inspection was thorough and in-detail. He is knowledge, humble and very patient in answering all your questions (even if its stupid ones).He will respond to your questions even after 2 years of service and will respond quickly. Great person to deal with, even after 2 years I did not find any issues with my house as his inspection was flawless. His report was very detailed and contains all the necessary information that can be easily understood.He will add all your appliances model# to the database and system will send timely notification if there is any recall regarding that specific product, guess what, I had one regarding my ventilation system.
