Dan recently inspected a condo that I am purchasing. I contacted him very last minute and he was able to make time for my inspection. He filled out an indepth report on the unit, common areas, and outdoors. At the end of his inspection, he gave his recommendations to bring the unit to modern code, and even showed me exactly where. He used an infared camera to capture heat signatures and a moitsure meter in the bathroom (alot of other inspectors charge extra for this). His pricing is amazing and Dan is an overall amazing person. Would recommend him to anyone purchasing their home.

Ours was a little unorthodox, as we had already purchased the home and were doing our due diligence by having it professionally inspected after the fact. He was totally comfortable with this, as well as my being present in the home for much of his inspection. He walked me through things verbally as he went, and seemed rather passionate and very knowledgeable in his field. He was transparent about things that were outside of his scope, and didn’t speak out of turn. His price seems reasonable for what has been delivered, which is a thorough review of the state of our home in the form of a written document with pictures.
