I can't recommend Kevin enough. I've hired him for 2 inspections out-of-province and if I ever have to get one again there's not a doubt in my mind it will be him. The digital reports are thorough, they include marked up images alongside recommended actions to be taken or preventative measures, useful tips and suggestions are also provided at his own accord (even when something passes inspection but could use some TLC or attention), and he's just an all around great person to chat with thereafter the inspection. 10/10 home inspector.
