With over 20 years of work in the public sector, Derrick Urbanowski continues to enjoy serving people ensuring they are educated about their prospective new home. As I am moving from BC to Alberta, I purchased an acreage property, and as part of the due diligence, I needed to have the buildings inspected. My realtor arranged the appointment with Derrick, and everything went off without a hitch. Derrick was very careful, very attentive, and very thorough. The report was 74 pages long, and nothing was missed. He found a few things that needed attention immediately.
