We recently had Darin out to a rural property we were purchasing to complete a home inspection. Unlike urban homes and properties, rural sites have other concerns you don’t have to think about when your home is in town. Such as septic tanks and weeping beds, wells and well pumps, self contained fuel supply systems such as propane, and out buildings.Darin is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I just purchased our first home and naturally had to have a home inspection. Our agent told us he has a guy and not to worry about finding someone. I’ve never been through this and didn’t really know what to expect but was told to not ask too many questions and not to follow around as they are there to do a job. We recently had Darin out to a rural property we were purchasing to complete a home inspection. Unlike urban homes and properties, rural sites have other concerns you don’t have to think about when your home is in town. Such as septic tanks and weeping beds, wells and well pumps, self contained fuel supply systems such as propane, and out buildings.Darin is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is considering such a large investment like a new home or property.
