Jeff conducted a very thorough inspection of the house. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC, appliances, and that is just the basics. He had advanced equipment like a drone to inspect the roof and chimney. He had high-end thermal imaging equipment to inspect inaccessible areas aswell. I found him to be very communitave. As he tested and inspected more than I could have ever thought of to check. His report was very detailed and contained helpful pictures of his findings. Jeff was amazing! Very thorough, very clear explanations of what should be looked at right away, what may need to be considered in the future, and just generally things to be aware of in the home. Our agent was very impressed as well. He commented that Jeff was very thoughtful in his explanations, and did not over- or under-represent the seriousness of various issues. Jeff’s service of identifying recalls on appliances and equipment was an added bonus not offered by others.

Very detailed! Highly recommend! Jeff went through every little part of the house and knows his stuff! He gave a very detailed report and was very thorough! He’s super personable and open to questions at the time of the inspection and after! He explains everything as he’s doing it and gives advice about what should be done before moving in.
