Jeff conducted a very thorough inspection of the house. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC, appliances, and that is just the basics. He had advanced equipment like a drone to inspect the roof and chimney. He had high-end thermal imaging equipment to inspect inaccessible areas aswell. I found him to be very communitave. As he tested and inspected more than I could have ever thought of to check. His report was very detailed and contained helpful pictures of his findings.
