Two people are much better than one. Dave and Heather are awesome. They spent 4 hour plus to go through everything possibly be insepected for my future home. If you hire them, you spend money for one insection, but two certified inspectors are coming in and going through way more than one. Also, their report is way more detailed than other inspectors.
