I cannot adequately express how impressed we were with Wayne and Kaylen, who inspected our prospective purchase. Buying a home these days can be fraught with danger because construction standards have slipped, and not all homeowners take good care of their properties. Nasty surprises can easily escape the attention of the uninitiated buyer, but Wayne and Kaylen were incredibly thorough, and identified some issues that the seller subsequently agreed to fix as a condition of sale. They were clear and painstaking in their explanations, and it was enjoyable to chat with them. After recently purchasing our first home, we hired this company for a home inspection. They came highly recommended from multiple realtors we spoke to. A thorough home inspection doesn’t come cheap, but it’s probably the best investment we could’ve made at this point for the peace of mind alone that it brings. But this team, Brendan, Kaylen, and Ellis, came in, divided and conquered tackling different areas of the house. Each of them took their turn explaining to us in great detail of the potential red flags, no matter how big or small the issue was. They also gave us great advice how we could stay on top of any potential issues our older house could eventually run into. Wayne and Janet are amazing and great to deal with. We contacted them in need of an inspection last minute as our previous company fell through 2 days before our conditions were to be lifted. Janet was incredibly responsive, and squeezed us in the next day. Our inspection was done by Wayne and Brad who were both great to deal with, incredibly thorough and professional. They both took the time to explain all the functions of the house and needed maintenance. The process was seamless, and we had our report within the hour! Will definitely be using again for any future needs!

I had an excellent experience with Janet, Wayne and Brendan. Im a 1st time lady homebuyer and they treated me with respect. And what I mean by that is they went through my entire property and did not once mansplain. Wayne and/or Brendan would show me something, and would ask if I was familiar first. Then they filled in the blanks for me and welcomed my questions. They also included my Mom and son in the conversations. They prioritized the fixes for me and were very helpful and reassuring. They were quite comfortable doing their thing while we hung out which gave me a lot of confidence in them. They knew their stuff. After their inspection they showed me the report and went through the recommendations and how they sorted out the priorities for me. You can tell both guys love what they do, they love to educate and answer questions. The thermal gun was super cool. Oh, and so very easy on the eyes, woowoo, something to look at! So there is that too 🤩. Excellent last minute service, the report is high quality and detailed. The prices are exceptional consodering the same day turn around. The sewer camera was worth it because they found a problem that could’ve cost be some bucks down the line. Need I say more? I’d definitely recommend.

We were very impressed by proffesionalizam and knowledge Kaylen and Brendan demonstrated during our home inspection. I’ve used A Buyer’s Choice twice in two years and was pleased with the inspectors on both occasions. The apartment condo inspection was overpriced for the amount of time required (<1 hour). Other than that I do recommend this inspection company for their knowledge and professionalism.
