ATTENTION HOME BUYERS 🚨Please save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment and DO NOT use this inspection company.We paid almost $900 thinking we were hiring professionals to properly inspect a brand-new home, only to later find out it was basically a glorified “surface check.” Funny enough, that information only came AFTER we started questioning why so many major issues were missed.Imagine moving into your home and discovering:7 windows don’t close properly6 doors don’t close properlyAround 10 electrical outlets don’t workMissing socket coversMaster bathroom drawers not even installedCabinets with nails sticking out that literally cut my hands multiple timesBroken tiles hidden under vents that were somehow “missed” during inspectionBut according to Janet, they only check “some” sockets and only do “surface checks.”So what exactly did we pay almost $900 for? A walkthrough and a flashlight?The scary part is that these weren’t hidden defects behind walls. These were obvious issues that should have been caught by anyone being paid to inspect a home professionally.As homeowners, we expect small cosmetic things to maybe slip through. What we DON’T expect is to move into a home filled with problems that should have been documented before possession day.And the attitude afterward? Even worse.No accountability. No proper explanation. No concern. Just excuses.At this point, we’ll let mediation and small claims court decide whether this company delivered the service they advertised, because taking people’s hard-earned money for an incomplete inspection is unacceptable.Home buyers, please do your research carefully before trusting anyone with one of the biggest purchases of your life.

Worst place to deal with, had to deal with Kaylen Como, the worst person iv ever dealt with, he thinks the world should revolve around him and his demands, zero regards to others or even to understand what would be the reason, it’s my way no other way. Could not have asked for a better experience. Janet made booking the appointment process efficient and hassle free which was greatly appreciated! The inspectors arrived ahead of schedule but had no problem catching us up to speed on what they had completed thus far. Colin and Ellis were very knowledgable and friendly walking us through their process at any moment. Whilst providing information on maintenance and future updates I should consider. They throughly reviewed every inch of the unit making notes for a comprehensive breakdown report at the end. They were also able to preform a WETT test on the wood burning fire place which I was very pleased about. I would highly recommend to anyone going into a new property with the peace of mind it has been inspected vigorously from top to bottom.

I’ve used A Buyer’s Choice twice in two years and was pleased with the inspectors on both occasions. The apartment condo inspection was overpriced for the amount of time required (<1 hour). Other than that I do recommend this inspection company for their knowledge and professionalism.

Great experience, feeling very confident about an upcoming home purchase. They were very knowledgeable and paid good attention to details, taking time to walk me through routine maintenance of the various systems that differ from my current home.
