As a newcomer in Canada , I had no idea about home inspection process. When we arrived Brad and Brendan took the time to talk to us about how the process would work and what our initial questions were. Very friendly and helpful inspectors. They did a thorough review of the entire house/property. They made sure, while walking me through the house that I understood what they were talking about and gave further explanation when I was uncertain about particular topics. Janet, Wayne, and Calen are true professionals. I can't tie my shoes most days, but they took the time to explain what they were looking for, why they were looking for it, and what potential remediation would involve. They offered candid and transparent advice based on the facts of the house - no opinions, just what they saw. You get what you pay for - in this case I got 2 guys that know their stuff, an Administrative manager that cares, and a company that puts their customers first. There are few things in life that you don't go cheap on lest they cost you more in the long run - winter tires and oil changes, for example. When you're buying a home - the biggest purchase most will ever make in life - go with the pros. Go with Buyer's Choice.

I have used some other home inspectors over many years and Buyer's Choice Home Inspections is the best, in my books. We were able to get the inspection done very quickly (2 days). We had two inspectors working together and they also brought in a specialist for a short time to inspect some concerns with grading and the concrete in the garage. The inspectors were so easy to work with, they were friendly, patient, explained everything clearly as items were uncovered , and answered my MANY questions in terms I could understand. They used some technology to look at areas they could not easily reach or see: Drones for the roofs, thermal imaging for walls and attic areas, etc. The inspection report was received on same day , it was very comprehensive with plenty of photos AND a lot of useful information about how a homeowner should maintain certain items in the home to prevent problems. In summary, Buyer's Choice exceeded my expectations and Janet and her team know their stuff and how to get it done the best way. I would certainly use them again if I need to. They even have a 90 day post-possession warranty to look at any new issues that may come up in the home after move-in.

The review it self was very well done. They went over my expectations and showed me everything included in the report and what they meant. They also included the yearly maintaince needed on the inspected items so I can keep them in good shape

We can’t say enough about these amazing bunch of human beings! We recently bought an acreage and we had to go through the process twice!! Wayne and his team were absolutely incredible and helpful.
