I can't rave enough about Cal and Alexandria! They went above and beyond and gave us superb customer service! We actually ended up using their services twice. The first home we chose came back with a not so favorable inspection. Cal and Alexandria were very thorough in explaining their findings and were very patient with all of our follow up questions. We ended up walking away and found "our home" which they completed the inspection for us as well. We 100% recommend using them for all inspection needs! From start to finish...booking the appointment, communication, very easy to comprehend report, and availability for follow up questions... I don't think you can find a better team out there! We are literally closing on our home tomorrow, their inspection was about 25 days ago, and here they are literally answering a couple of final questions. Again, highly recommend!

Buyer's Choice Home Inspections did such an amazing job for my clients inspection on their first potential home as first time home buyers. Cal and Alex were extremely thorough throughout the entire house as well as property. They provided documentation, pictures, and explanations for everything. They even walked the entire property again showing the first time home buyers where everything was and what that meant. Alexandria and Cal, accommodated not only my buyers timeframe but the sellers as they just started nights and needing something after 3pm. Since we were in 'option' period it was imperative that we get an inspection scheduled quickly, Alexandria and Cal got us in the next day (Saturday) after 3pm!
