Simply put, Zdenko is the professional you want to inspect your investment and home. My inspection happened to fall upon Mother’s Day at 0900, but despite that, he was there before I was and completed the inspection without a sense of hurrying. He took the time to explain deficiencies in the property, potential future issues, and regular preventative maintenance practices in a friendly, understandable manner. Very dishonest man.Charged us over 300 for a Radon test that was not properly done.He plugged it into the wall for the hour and a bit that he did the home inspection then unplugged it as soon as he was done the home inspection.It was the equivalent of measuring a fart in the wind.A short term radon test is 7 days and gives you a vague idea of if your Radon is safe or not.A long term test is 3+ months (usually done in the winter as that is when the readings are the highest).Charging 300+ for A false measurement then stating that the Radon level in the home is safe is not only dishonest, it is unsafe and playing with people’s lives.Radon can seriously harm if not kill you over time.

Saw good reviews on google and got my home inspection done from them in January paid them $575 which was too high as others were charging quite less i went with the reviews and i guess they are all fake reviews.Just 2 months into the house my furnace is marked to be replaced rolland told it was in great shapeThere is water and moisture in garage floor and mold in the house which he couldnt identify and never mentioned .I was told that bathroom exhaust motor is weak when I moved in the house there was no exhaust at all inside.I am totally not satisfied with the services and wont suggest new home buyers go over the reviews.As a first time home buyer i had no idea and relied on his report but totally I am at a loss on trusting them and theor report
