This guy is a genius, I’m really glad he did my home inspection. Even with a newly built home, buyers should be careful. Andy found a few things I hadn’t even thought of. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Okotoks. Andy was great. There had been some water damage to the home and and repairs done because of it. Andy alleviated our concern,regarding both the damage and the repairs. How nice to get that piece of mind! Since it was an older home, there was lots to inspect. There’s a reason Andy has a five star review. If you’re on the fence and hesitant to get an inspection done, I highly suggest taking the plunge. And hire Andy! We have a new build and have been living in our house for just shy of a year. We decided to get the inspection done just to make sure all was good before the 1 year warranty expired. We are so glad we did. Not only was Andy extremely thorough, but he also took the time to explain everything on the spot. This made it so we weren’t so overwhelmed when we got his final report. He gave us tips throughout to help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home as well. Also as seen in the photo, he attached stickers with QR codes throughout our electric room. It’s all in the details and Andy was excellent. He was very patient with our questions and we didn't feel rushed at all. To top it off, he had time to spare between inspections and got us our report right away while he waited for his next clients. This is my first time buying a home, so I walked into the inspection fully prepared to be overwhelmed. Instead, Andy made the whole thing feel straightforward and way less intimidating. Andy helped us get thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy.There was an issue with the evaporator coil and a plastic piece. Thing was a fire hazard. This would be something great you can put in Andy is one of the only few in the city that does this! Not only did he help us identify potential problems but also was very patient in answering all our questions. Highly recommend.
