If you need a home inspection - HIRE AUSTIN!! We were trying to purchase an older home in Nanoose Bay.. Austin did an detailed complete inspection for us and provided amazing detail, recommendations and pictures of everything. He did fantastic job of explaining everything to us in detail when we met him onsite.Because of his inspection, major issues and repair were found in the home and we decided not to proceed with the purchase. Disappointed we did not purchase the house, but it was his inspection that found all the major issue that made us decide that it was not worth purchasing the home.I cannot say enough about his professionalism, attitude and detail of his reports.If you want a home inspection done the right way! This is the second time we had Austin do an inspection. He always does a very thorough job and goes verbally over the house with you when he has finished his inspection. He then sends a wonderful inspection report with close up pictures of problems. I would highly recommend him as your inspector. We hired Austin from ‘A Buyers Choice Home Inspections’ to complete a pre-purchase home inspection recently. His inspection of the building was very thorough – from roof top to crawl space and everything in between. Austin did the inspection on our new home and did such a great job!! He really went above and beyond and even checked all the surrounding structures even though they weren't part of our agreement. He was incredibly thorough in the inspection itself and also took his time walking through the house afterwards to go through all of his findings and patiently answered all our questions. We received a detailed report afterwards with all the findings including pictures and severity of each observation. He obviously cares deeply about providing exceptional service to his customers and it shows through his work.
