I’ve had a few home inspections done over the last few years and this is the best product I’ve had. I have no hesitation in recommending A Buyers Choice Home Inspection. I coordinated this home inspection via a recommendation from my realtor as I had no local knowledge of who to use. The permission form is automated and etransfer is used for payment. This makes the transaction part very easy. The inspection report is very detailed and provides very good explanations with well annotated photos to describe things of note. I was not able to participate in the inspection so was solely reliant on the report, and I don’t feel like I’m “in the dark” on any aspects of the report. Brad Clark did a first rate job - I’m very pleased.
