A Certified Master Inspector and Owner of A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections – Northern Colorado, Brett is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of home and commercial inspections. Whatever inspection services you need, Brett is fully qualified. Brett understands the importance of your home and the importance it plays in the lives of your family. He also understands how critical it is to know the condition of your home at all times, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your family is safe, and comfortable in your home.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, Brett was an agricultural lender for 23 years. Before this, Brett owned and managed a small remodeling /handyman business. During this time he remodeled several homes, finished basements, remodeled kitchens and even replaced windows and siding. While Brett was an agricultural lender, he and his wife built two homes, plus remodeled and/or finished the basements in four other homes themselves.
Brett has been active on various boards and committees, including establishing the Greeley-Cache La Poudre Pheasants Forever chapter and serving four years as the chapter president. Prior to this role he served on a church board, was treasurer of the Yuma Ducks Unlimited chapter and treasurer of the Greeley Archers. He is Treasurer of Colorado Cattlemen’s Association, and a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and the Colorado Livestock Association.
