Chuck did two home inspections for me.I thought the first place looked ok, with some improvements needed. That showed my inexperience. Chuck failed that house in a vast range of areas. I would have been on the hook for 200000$ in renos.The second inspection went well. Chuck said"James, I don't say this often, this house is a peach. ‘’Very thorough inspection, with a detailed report w pictures and suggestions to resolving problems.The 1200$ I spent on 2 inspections was the best money I've ever spent.I'm can't say enough to thank him. Chuck did a thorough and detailed inspection for us, not once, but twice! The first time, he saved us from having to undertake major repairs in a home we were interested in, many which would have had to be done before we'd even qualify for insurance!
