Chuck did two home inspections for me.I thought the first place looked ok, with some improvements needed. That showed my inexperience. Chuck failed that house in a vast range of areas. I would have been on the hook for 200000$ in renos.The second inspection went well. The first time, he saved us from having to undertake major repairs in a home we were interested in, many which would have had to be done before we'd even qualify for insurance!
