Dave was so incredibly easy to deal with. He responded far before any of the other inspectors we contacted. We had to change the date of the inspection a couple of times and he was very flexible. The inspection was remote and he was willing to make the trip. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my husbands many many questions! I would highly recommend Dave Brar from A Buyers Choice.

Had a very thorough inspection performed. Able to accommodate our request for inspection within a few days. Ultimately the inspection results revealed we did not want to proceed with our purchase. Some findings were actually very surprising. We were prepared to spend money on maintenance and repairs but not as much as the inspection found. Worth every penny to have a home inspection performed.

I hired Dave and Heather to inspect my first home purchase. They were soooo kind, professional and helpful. I got the report and couldn’t believe how thorough they were with the inspection. The report was crazy thorough but also laid in a way that was detailed but easy for me to understand. Dave called me to go over things, allowed me to read the report and then called me the next day to make sure I understood everything. Dave was recommended by one of my friend. Since I rushed over from other places at the time when they did my home inspections, I didn't have enough time to listen their detail explanation of my new house. Dave not only did give me a detailed report, but also took another time to come back and give me a detailed explanation. Besides, the after-sales service is so impressive. After half a year, I couldn’t find the switch of the outdoor faucet. I sent an email to the former homeowner but didn’t get the answer. So I sent Dave a message. Even on Sunday, he came here. Two people are much better than one. Dave and Heather are awesome. They spent 4 hour plus to go through everything possibly be insepected for my future home. If you hire them, you spend money for one insection, but two certified inspectors are coming in and going through way more than one. Also, their report is way more detailed than other inspectors. I highly recommend!

Dave and Heather were amazing. We attended the inspection at our appointment time and Dave was already up on the roof getting busy. The inspection was extremely thorough and identified a number of issues but they were also very helpful about pointing out items that were maintenance tips and good to know items. They worked very hard, were extremely knowledgable and we would highly recommend them for your inspection needs.

We had an amazing time with Dave and Heather. They helped us decide to walk away from our first offer due to issues we wouldn't have been able to predict and then they helped us go through with our second offer on a perfect home for us. Dave and Heather are really excellent to work with! As a Realtor, it's a big deal who you refer people too. I have absolutely no worries that they will do an outstanding inspection, provide a legible and thorough report and leave the client satisfied with their findings. They make me look good! Heather and Dave are true professionals; thorough inspectors, quality reporting and timely delivery. The process was easy, the job was done when they said it would be, and shortly thereafter I received a very detailed report with photos and a scaled list of recommendations (ie. needs-immediate-attention to you-should-know-about-this).
