Things were moving fast in our attempt to purchase a foreclosed home in Lexington Tn. We needed an inspection done on a Saturday and didnt even call Mr. Caruso until one pm that day. He accommodated us on a same day inspection and had a report ready that night. His report was very thorough and professionally laid out. I needed a inspection done on my home so I decided to call A Buyer's Choice Home Inspection out of Bolivar, TN. Within a few minutes I received a call from Mr. Joe Caruso. He set up a time and date for the inspection and we were set. He actually texted me to see if he could come early that day and I said yes. I really appreciated him getting in touch with me like that. When he got here, he told us what he would be looking at during the inspection and gave us his card. After he was done, I talked to him about what I had planned for the back porch and he advised me what I needed to do. He told me that he had other inspections to do that day but I would have a report by the end of the day. He was true to his word. Later that day, I checked my email and their was a report on the inspection. If you ever need a dependable inspection done, this is the man and the place to call.

I cannot recommend A Buyer’s Choice enough for a home inspection! I called Joe on a Saturday at lunch time and he didn’t hesitate to go ahead and get me scheduled for an inspection the following Wednesday. He emailed me all of the details shortly after our phone call and kept me informed on every step of the process. Once he got done with the inspection, he immediately called me to give me his professional input on any major concerns he had regarding the home! He sent me the inspection report the same day as the inspection and it was incredibly thorough. The report included pictures and videos of any discrepancies he identified with an explanation of what was wrong and his recommended solution. And to top it all off, he was as nice as he could be and very informative when answering my questions. I had no issues with this company and would recommend them to anyone for a home inspection!

Man, I love my home inspector. He done a wonderful job. He is worth every penny, and is very thorough from top to bottom .so he gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. So we submitted a list to the homeowner. And they’re going to have it fixed before close . I was so pleased with his initial inspection that I asked him to come back and recheck what they fixed. Mr. Joe is going to come out and recheck everything. I have hired him a second time to recheck everything because he is so thorough on his job.. If you don’t use Joe when you buy a house . It a mistake . Just saying I wish everybody conducted their business like him. Will always be a client and thank you for a job well done. Sir

The inspection report is layed out nicely to the point its easy to find the things the inspector caught. They also give a detailed reason for what they caught and advice on how to fix it or if you should seek professional help to get a better insight. I was in the process of buying a home and wanted to have an inspection done. The home was being sold “As Is” so it did not require an inspection but I decided to have one completed anyway. I met Joe at the home the day of inspection and went over concerns that I had and that although it was being sold as is I still wanted to know if any issues. Joe went above and beyond to perform a detailed inspection and address any prior concerns or questions I had about the property. He took time to do a walkthrough with my wife and I afterwards to go over his findings and to address any additional questions that we may have had.
