Justin went beyond the call of duty in both time, scope and written report. He is thorough/knowledgeable and detailed, explains things well, is level headed and objective in his analysis and opinions. And he uses a drone, and infrared camera, various meters and a very strong light to inspect every nook and cranny, attic and basement area. His info (photos, measurements, and analysis) opened our eyes about issues that affect our purchase price. It also helped us plan and budget repairs for priorities in making the house work better and maintaining its value.

He was on-time (in fact early), professional throughout the entire inspection, and explained inspection items to me in a way I could understand, including two safety issues which he picked up on during the inspection. He thoroughly checked and inspected areas of the house, and his report was detailed and meticulous, including recommendations in different colour text for important items to rectify, items to repair, and routine maintenance recommendations. I highly recommend him for your house inspections!

I am so glad that I chose Justin to do my home inspection. Justin did an exceptional job of going over every detail and poking into every corner to give me a very detailed outline of everything that was in need of attention in my future home. Every detail inside and out was gone over from structural to electrical outlets and bulbs, handrails, roof inspection, checking for leaks and moisture etc. He even tested appliances to make sure that they are working. It took hours to thoroughly inspect and then he took the time to verbally relay information after inspection citing important details that were also included in the report. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what was important and why in layman's terms so that I could understand. The very next day he had emailed me an even more detailed report including photographs that he had taken and explanations of a few things that needed attention and why. He was also very affordable for everything that he offered. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a home inspector. I feel so much more comfortable and informed moving into my home now.

We were introduced to Justin via our Real estate agent. Justin gave us a detailed report explaining the areas of immediate attention along with recommendations. I found Justin very knowledgeable in the area of inspection where he covered all minute areas which we need to be aware for future.We had the opportunity to understand where we need to focus once we step into the house which we wouldn’t have got if not engaged someone like Justin. My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home and had Justin perform our Home Inspection. Nothing but amazing things to say about Justin and his process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time inspecting both inside and outside of the property. He clarified certain things as he went through and did a basic summary of important things to note at the end. We received an incredibly thorough report of all findings which was helpful for insurance purposes and record keeping. Pricing was incredibly fair for the efforts and quality of service. He also did a great job explaining problems to us in a way that we would understand. The document Justin provides after the inspection (in a very timely manner) is well organized and easy to understand. We were able to address “bigger” problems before moving forward with signing an offer and we know what smaller issues we can fix later on to increase the value of our home. In the end, we were able to put an offer in on our house with confidence based on the information he provided us.Overall we are beyond satisfied with the report we received and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.
