We used a buyers choice inspections, to do an inspection on a mobile home we bought. Ken was very courteous and professional. He did a very thorough job inspecting our mobile home. He explained everything about the inspection to us, so that we understood each detail he was pointing out about any flaws, he noticed. The price was also very fair and reasonable.. Ken’s inspection of the home we are looking to purchase was very comprehensive. He arrived at the home three hours before us, and then walked us through his findings about the home. Afterward, he provided a detailed report of everything he found, highlighting concerns that were red (needs fixing), yellow (should fix), and green (all good).His services were a little more expensive than the other options but we felt he was good value. Overall, we would highly recommend Ken.

I have had Home Inspections carried out, both here in Canada and in the UK, whenever we have previously moved house (more than a dozen times). The Inspection Report provided by Ken Oldale this last week (Buyer's Choice Home Inspections Chilliwack) has proved to be one of, if not the, best (and we have had some good ones, previously). You couldn't expect a more thorough Inspection, including bonuses like Radon testing and checking for Recalls on appliances, all received within just a couple of days too! Such good value as well - very reasonable charges for his services. I highly recommend this company

Had them inspect a new mobile home I’m purchasing alongside the side shop and shed. Booking an appointment was very easy. By the time you show up to discuss the report in person he already has everything noted down pictures and all. He’ll tell you any red flags or things to note for the future! Everything’s super fast and done well. Not even two days later and I got a full very well detailed report emailed to me highlighting every part of the house that works well, needs work or is in need of repair now. Would choose him again for any future properties !!

I arrived on time and Ken was already on the job. He did a thorough job that took almost three hours. At the end he gave a verbal report on the things that I might want to do after taking possession. The report was sixty six pages with little boiler plate. There were numerous photos with arrows pointing out things that need attention or that would be helpful with operation and maintenance of the building.
