Kevin's exhaustive inspection of the home in Saint Andrews was more than I expected. Even though the home we are purchasing is only 960 square feet he spent nearly three hours inspecting the home and went over with me all the findings that I should be made aware of. His written review on top of suggestions for the the future made for easy reading but also, a great reference when deciding what updates or minor concerns should be investigated or addressed in the future. No doubt, I would not have a second thought hiring his services again.

We just received our home inspection from Kevin and we cannot state how impressed and pleased we are. I've been in the development industry for 30 years and have worked around builders most of my life. Kevin is very thorough and honest in his opinion about what is being looked at and reviewed. We currently live 14 hours away from the home we are looking at and have only seen the place through a video conference call with the realtor so needless to say our desire for someone to provide a true inspection and report on the structural and mechanical components of the home was imperative. Our concerns were answered and nothing too major was reported that we didn't already expect from a 100 year old home. However he was able to see components that we were not able to through the walk through and he was able to provide the life expectancy of the mechanical equipment that we needed which will set us up for no surprises. Absolutely down to earth personality and very open to discussing any aspects of the home. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone to use for their home inspections
