Chris was extremely helpful inspecting our older (1980s) home. We kept running into problems during renovations and finally had a proper inspection done with Chris. He was efficient and so thorough, and took so much time explaining his comments to us, though the report was very well organized and easy to follow. He identified all of our concerns and more, and presented realistic solutions as to how we could deal with these issues. He was extremely friendly and courteous - I would absolutely use Chris for future inspections
