As a Certified Master Inspector, Steve is committed to providing a thorough and complete inspection of your home or commercial building. Steve is also certified to perform WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer), Well Water sampling as well as Air Quality testing. Other certifications include Carson Dunlop Residential and Commercial, Training, ABCHI Training Academy, InterNACHI CPI Certification, and InterNACHI CCPIA Certification.
Steve will make note of any fire and safety issues that need to be addressed and educate you on the overall condition of the property. Upon completion of the inspection, Steve will discuss what he discovered and then follow up with a detailed easy to understand electronic report.
