I know this comes late. I purchased a house in May of this year. And it was recommended Justin Asham do the house inspection. He was very thorough, and took as much time as needed to complete the inspection. I believe he was there about 3hours or more. Then he went over all that was immediate to my attention and some suggestions for future. Explained everything in layman's terms so I understood everything that he was telling me. And he also said if there's anything in the future that I needed explained he would greatly go over anything that I didn't understand or missed the first time going through the inspection. Steve, on our initial call was very accomodating to our request. I mentioned that we are i terested in buying a new home. He gave us a call and instructed me right away of what to expect, what to do, who will inspect the home, and when. Basically everything just on the initial convo. Buying a home is chaotic but Steve made the extra effort to check in with me for updates, which was amazing! Having so many moving parts, Steve helped relieve the stress of organizing the home inspection and then to later on provide a very detailed report on all his findings. He even includes a page that summarizes everything your home insurance company needs when you go to set that up. I appreciated his thoroughness and having the relief of knowing what needs to be handled in priority when it comes to home maintenance. Not to mention they provide free technical advice for as long as you own the property that they inspected, and they also keep you updated on all future recalls on all the appliances in your home (with the ability to add others if you buy new).
