Definitely five star service.Tony is so awesome and explains everything in detail where someone with not as much in-depth knowledge can really understand what he is explaining. We had to use him twice , he is sure flexible with time and accommodating to your schedule. We went under contract literally the next day he was able to go to the house for us to do the inspection. We had Tony come out to do our home inspection yesterday (this actually took place in December 2023), but just realized my review never posted!! So posting now! We originally called him last minute for a home inspection and he was able to accommodate same day service! He showed up on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was also very accommodating when the sellers needed to reschedule due to having a special needs child as well. The price was very reasonable and affordable. He did the home inspection, wind mitigation, and 4-point all for one low reasonable rate! He also does re-inspections if needed for even a more reasonable rate! Thank you, Tony!
