As a first home buyer , i was extremely impressed , and happy about the service that Zdenko provided . Zdenko , showed up very early on the inspection day and started doing his thing right the way . He was extremely thorough during his inspection and i can't thank him enough for his patience . I was buying a very old house and was quite unsure about everything , but Zdenko made all that stress fade away . He took his time to look at every single thing , and patiently explained everything to me as he was doing his inspection . Zdenko was able to point out on the spot all issues as well as providing feedback on repairs , approximate cost and recommend companies who could help fix these issues.The inspection was supposed to be around 2 hours , but zdenko took his time for a thorough inspection and did not rush anything , which i m very grateful for .After a long day doing inspections , Zdenko provided a 108 page of inspection report on the same day . His report was just perfect . it was colour coded for recommendations , major issues and so on , every item was accompanied with supporting pictures and explanations , I was very amazed about such a quality of work !Having Zdenko as inspector , gave me the confidence on my purchase and his explanation and recommendations helped me ease all the scare of the issues in the house.Wether you are a first home buyer or not , i highly recommend Zdenko to look for your best interest and to protect your investment.

I got a home inspected by Mr. Zdenko.These are the things i wanna say:1. He did the entire inspection without any rush.2. Even though the inspection got finished late evening, I got the report before midnight.I did not expect that the report would be 97 pages long. After reading the report, i felt confident that i know everything about the property i am interested in buying.3. Simply put, Zdenko is the professional you want to inspect your investment and home. My inspection happened to fall upon Mother’s Day at 0900, but despite that, he was there before I was and completed the inspection without a sense of hurrying. He took the time to explain deficiencies in the property, potential future issues, and regular preventative maintenance practices in a friendly, understandable manner.
