Jamie was extremely thorough, the actual inspection he said would take a full 3 hours. The agent and I arrived to let Jamie into the place, we were on time, he had already been there at least half an hour and by the time we arrived, he had already done the exterior inspection. Many pictures were taken and included in the report outlining every possible detail.Based on his observations of the inside of the attic, he found some costly, but very hidden repairs. I pointed this out to the sellers who immediately reduced the price of the house by $2500. That will pay for the repairs! Nice.
