Ramirez is a graduate of Linn-Benton Community College, where he focused on Special Education. He holds certifications from InterNACHI as a Professional Home Inspector and ATI Training Home Inspection Institute, in addition to being a Licensed Home Inspector in the State of Oregon. His past experience as a substitute teacher and coach for the first-ever OSAA State Championship Special Olympics in the USA has instilled in him a deep sense of dedication to serving others.
