Chad, a native of Coaldale, has dedicated his life to serving the communities of southern Alberta, an area he is immensely proud to call home. His passion for home renovation and maintenance was cultivated early on, a fascination he’s nurtured through involvement in projects ranging from small bathroom upgrades to extensive kitchen overhauls, assisting family and friends alike.
Chad successfully completed the Carson Dunlop Inspection Course and is currently a valuable member of the A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections team, applying his extensive knowledge and keen eye for detail to ensure prospective homeowners feel secure in their investment decisions. Prior to this, Chad served as a Correctional Officer in Lethbridge for 8 years, roles that have reinforced his values of trust, honesty, and accountability.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Chad is an avid hockey enthusiast, enjoying not only watching and playing but also coaching, further reflecting his commitment to community involvement and development. Whether it’s inspecting homes or participating in local hockey events, Chad’s dedication and love for his community shine through, making him a reliable choice for all your home inspection needs.
