Cory Sauve brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, home maintenance, mechanical systems, and property assessment to his role as a home inspector.
His background includes residential framing, renovation and repair work with a general contractor, and five years in the automotive industry specializing in vehicle repairs, custom fabrication, and mechanical systems. These hands on roles helped develop the attention to detail and practical knowledge he brings to every inspection.
For 19 years, Cory investigated residential property claims in the insurance industry, identifying damage, determining causes of loss, and assessing homes for related concerns. This experience provides him with a unique understanding of how homes perform over time and the issues that can impact homeowners.
Cory has successfully completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program and is a member of InterNACHI.
When he is not inspecting homes, Cory enjoys camping, spending time with family, and making memories with his grandson. He is proud to be part of A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections and looks forward to helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
Cory will be serving the Airdrie area, including Calgary, Olds, Thornburn, Meadowbrook, Luxstone, Big Springs, Balzac, Biesieker, Crossfield, Carstairs, Didsbury and other surrounding communities.
