We’re excited to welcome Jake Yells to the team as our newest Certified Professional Inspector, proudly serving the Comox Valley & Campbell River area on North Vancouver Island, British Columbia!
Jake began his career as a carpenter before moving into construction management, where he developed a strong appreciation for how homes are built and an eye for quality craftsmanship. His passion for construction naturally led him to home inspecting, allowing him to combine his experience with a genuine interest in helping people.
Jake finds the most rewarding part of the job is meeting new people every day and giving clients the confidence to make informed decisions about one of their biggest investments. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the beautiful wilderness of Vancouver Island with his partner, Gracie, and their dog, Ruby.
Jake will be serving the Comox Valley & Campbell River area including Port McNeill, Courtenay, Mount Washington, Strathcona Regional District, Cumberland, Campbell River, Royston, Gold River, Port Hardy, Port McNeill, & all of North Vancouver Island.
