Lawrence graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business before embarking on a career in the construction industry. He gained valuable experience working for a new home construction company, honing his skills in sales. In2007, Lawrence decided to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations and founded his own new home construction company.
With two decades of experience in the construction industry under his belt, Lawrence recognized the opportunity to expand his services by offering Home Inspections with A Buyer’s Choice, showcasing his extensive knowledge and expertise to clients and REALTORS.
Outside of work, Lawrence is a devoted family man, married with three children. He actively participates in his children’s lives, serving as a hockey coach and finding time to play recreational hockey himself. When he’s not on the ice, Lawrence enjoys hitting the golf course. Lawrence will be serving the St. John’s-Conception Bay area including Avalon, Conception Bay South, Mount Pearl, Holyrood, Placentia, Arnold’s Cove, Bay Roberts, Carbonear, Dildo, and Come by Chance.
