After spending over 14 years as a professional diver, overseeing various underwater projects, Patrick was encouraged by his fiancée’s real estate connections to delve into the world of Home Inspections. He was drawn to this industry by the desire to be a reliable, passionate, and proficient Home Inspector, knowing that his experience in high-pressure environments (literally) would aid his transition into this new career.
Patrick finds immense fulfillment in his new role as a Home Inspector and particularly enjoys meeting all the new clients each day whom he assists. He understands what a significant life decision each of his clients make when buying or selling a home, and aims to provide clarity and peace of mind, while also educating them on what might be the largest purchase of their lives.
Patrick, his fiancée Karlie, and daughters Emerson and Aria love spending time outdoors. They enjoy archery, ethical hunting, gardening, and wake surfing in the summer, but they are most excited for the newest addition to join their family: a baby girl due in August.
Patrick will be serving in Fredericton and surrounding area including Woodstock, Florenceville-Bristol, Hartland, Nackawic, Oromocto, Minto, Chipman, Grand Lake, Boiestown, & Doaktown.
