Mandip has been passionate about building and engineering for his entire life. His father built homes on the side, which instilled an interest in the industry from an early age. He carried this passion into a long career as a Structural Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.Once he had his own kids, he realized he needed to switch to a job that allowed him more freedom and flexibility to be with his family. His cousin, Raj Rai, is a Home Inspector & Franchise Owner with A Buyer’s Choice in Vancouver, and he was able to guide and help Mandip on his path to becoming a CPI. One of the parts about being a Home Inspector that Mandip finds most rewarding is meeting and helping new clients each day. Every day looks different and brings unique opportunities to assist clients with one of the most significant purchases of their lives.
Mandip focuses on providing peace of mind to his clients and their families. He explains it as, “before buying a car, you’d do your due diligence and get a mechanic to check it over, and the same standard should be followed by getting a home inspection before buying a home”.
