Garrett provided a thorough inspection of the home we were buying. He took his time explaining what he found, and what was concerning. As new home buyers he was willing to step outside the "inspector" role and give an honest opinion of what we could expect moving forward with our purchase. He gave us peace of mind but didn't sugar coat the fact that repairs would be needed. He didn't rush us through our questions, and explained what would need to be addressed immediately and what could wait. He also provides "lifetime" technical feedback if we have questions in the future. I would recommend him to anyone needing an honest detailed inspection.

I had my house inspection done just two days ago, and as promised, I received my complete report the very same day. Garrett was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He pointed out some potentially deal breaking issues with a home we were buying which we were able to get rectified before purchasing. He gave a lot of sage advice on what we should do now, later, and down the road if we did purchase the home. Garret did our home inspection and we were very pleased with how thorough and detailed he was. He explained things very well and took pictures of everything he found for added evidence. As first time homebuyers we did not really know or understand much and he was very patient and helpful. The payment process was easy and he was very nice and professional, I would definitely recommend him!

Garrett was exceptional in his inspection of our new home. We are living out of state and not only did we get an inspection but a zoom walkthrough and explanation of everything that was found. Pictures along with FLIR findings, sewer check with camera snake videos. Radon checks were positive and mitigation was advised. Would highly recommended Garrett who is a trusted professional.
