My experience with Hank has been nothing less than extraordinary. I had a military buyer coming from Germany purchasing a fixer-upper with limited funds. Two weeks after closing and before the buyer and her three children arrived in Tampa, the only source of water for the home was stolen. I was very upset and felt as if I had failed the buyer. But then Hank, without any hesitation, made a number of calls to resources at the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Veteran Affairs, and several businesses across the Tampa Bay area. From Hank’s efforts came a new well pump at cost with donated labor the very next day. He saved the buyer from certain hardship and he saved me. We had a house inspection done a month ago with Dan in Nanaimo. We were so happy and impressed with his expertise and professionalism that when we needed an inspection done in Duncan he was the first person we called. He had no problem coming to Duncan to do the inspection. Dan also fit us into his busy schedule with ease and expediency. We had Adam of A Buyer’s Choice do a pre-sale inspection of our home to help plan out any repairs and fix any problems a potential buyer may see. Adam was very professional, thorough, and explained all the areas of concern and what we need to do to rectify any issues. He put together a beautiful report that I used as a punch list of action items. The report was so good that I printed out several copies to show the problems but also how we fixed them prior to showing our home. This impressed every potential buyer that was shown our home. was very pleased with my service. Joey was easy to contact and book with, very pleasant on the phone, and he made sure to confirm our appointment by phone and email. On inspection day, he was right on time and when I arrived, he took me through the entire house (including the crawl space) and gave me a detailed report on what he found, answered all my questions and gave me some great tips and recommendations. My wife and I recently purchased a condominium in Florida’s Space Coast to use as a vacation home. We selected Adam Anderson of A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections to perform the inspection prior to closing. Adam provided a detailed account of the inspection process, fully annotated along with photographs of each phase of the inspection. We learned that the condo was in reasonably good shape and learned of some minor issues that needed attention. I contacted Ron Lyons regarding a home inspection on a Monday and he completed the very detailed inspection on Wednesday morning. He is friendly and extremely approachable. He answered all our questions and made some very useful suggestions about correcting problems observed in the inspection. His inspection took 3 hours and he then spent one and a half hours on a final walk through pointing out the major issues with the house. The report is equally as detailed with photos included to point out specific problems. I would certainly recommend his services.Ian
