PRESIDENT’S CLUB
REUBEN & JEREMY MEYER
This team sets the bar for performance. Both guys with young families, this band of brothers does it right in providing a good income while maintaining a balanced quality of life. Quick to help out their team mates and share their success, the Meyers are a pleasure to have on the team.
Fantastic 2014 guys!
DIAMOND AWARD
CLIFF CAMPBELL
On his own for most of 2014 Cliff set the bar for monthly Inspections, regularly tapping on 60 inspections per month with 63 in September! If that is not enough Cliff is doing it in one of the Midwest’s smaller markets boasting the largest market shares in the Midwest. Cliff is also a great team player who is an early adopter to HIP and ISN and is sharing his success with the new software.
Thanks Cliff for an Awesome 2014!
PLATINUM AWARD
BRENT PODRUZNY
Brent has built himself a well oiled machine in Edmonton. With consistent performance from a solid repeat customer base. At the Realtor shows in Edmonton it is common to see Brent’s long term realtors recruiting new realtors for him. This luxury came at the cost of hard work and determination in the early days, an example that all new franchisee’s can aspire towards. As team lead in Edmonton Brent assisted on the HIP team and is helping me to build the Northern Alberta team in 2015 as we expand and continue to build the ABCHI brand together.
Wonderful year Brent!
PLATINUM AWARD
CRAIG WAGNER
Craig just finished his second full year in business and has found a formula for success that works for him. Craig Started off 2014 like all franchisee’s should with a solid marketing campaign. Getting out early and creating those relationships paid off for Craig as he never looked back with consistent performances month after month. Including almost 50 inspections in August!
Awesome Performance in a well built franchise.
Great work Craig!

GLENDA BLACK & DAVE LAMOUREUX
Hard to believe this team was our 2013 rookie franchise of the year. Year 2 was lead with solid marketing and community involvement which produced a whopping 211% revenue increase in 2014. 2014 wasn’t all roses for this team as a devastating storm ripped through their community taking out their cute, wrapped ABCHI SUV. Fortunately winners thrive in adversity and their new unit was on the road shortly thereafter providing excellent service.
Thanks for an outstanding 2014!
GOLD AWARD
JUDY SCHUELLER, JOHN ERDMAN & DAN MILLER
Our north Edmonton rural team had an excellent growth year in 2014. With a large land mass to cover Judy lead the marketing with John and Dan assisting while taking care of their customers. It was a formula that worked for them as they increased revenue by 200% and continued to build through the year. I expect that 2015 will be more of the same type of growth as they capitalize on there relationships and continue to build the team.
Super work team!
SILVER AWARD
COLIN DVORAK
When I first met with Colin a few years back he wanted to have a better quality of life, spend more time with his family and earn a good living. Mission accomplished! Colin has built a solid buisness in Stony Plain/ Spruce Grove. To maintain the quality of life while continuing to grow his business Colin started looking for a contractor to take the load off the heavy times and help take his business to the next level. I can see a fantastic 2015 to follow a great year.
Well done Colin!

MARK MITCHELL
Mark started off 2014 with some new marketing strategies and a plan to grow his business. Hitting open houses early in the year in his South Calgary territory got him off to a good start and he continued to build momentumn throughout the year. Boasting a 227% revenue increase in 2014 Mark is not resting on his success but has taken on a contractor and using his Hockey coaching skills to mentor and train him. Mark is active in his community as one of the coaches of the Okotoks Oilers. You can see the Oilers proudly displaying the ABCHI logo on their track suits and jackets as they travel southern Alberta.
Fantastic Contribution Mark!
SILVER AWARD
TROY TRUDGEON
Troy grew his business in 2014 through community involvement, excellent web presence and a strong BNI group. This three legged stool provided some good growth for 2014. Troy has some new plans for 2015 to continue to grow his business and build those long standing realtor relations that are invaluable. We can look to another year of growth for Troy as he capitalizes on the ISN technology to assist in building those relationships.
Keep up the good work Troy!

KEN & CHRISTIAN KALK
This team wins the tenacity award. Winnipeg has historically been the toughest market in the midwest with 20% of the homes being inspected. This team used innovative ways to still capture the 20% while educating the community on the importance of inspection. Now the tides are turning in Winnipeg with a market shift and these guys are ready. They were ramping up at the end of 2014 as others were slowing down and have kept busy right through Dec and January. Looking forward to a big 2015 in Winnipeg!
Great job guys!
BRONZE AWARD
ALAN & CHRIS MORHUN
This father and son team came out hard in 2014 hitting bronze in their first full month and Gold in their second. They continued on and hit Bronze for the full year in just 9 months. If they can learn from Glenda and Craig how to take it to the next level in year 2 we will be seeing plenty of this team in the top awards in 2015.
Awesome Rookie Year Guys!
BRONZE AWARD
JENNIFER COLWELL & KORY KOHUCH
Our lone Saskatchewan team finished 2014 with a consistent performance throughout the year. Taking time for a move to an acerage and to Win the Curling championship late in the year made 2014 a busy one. It will be a little less lonely in Saskatchewan in 2015 when the 7 people in the green and white get back from Florida later this month. With Kory and Jennifer’s help I am looking forward to building the Saskatchewan Pride in 2015.
Thanks Team.
