We worked with Steve Callen to have a home inspection conducted on a house we were offering on. He was very professional, answered questions as we had them throughout the inspection, and took the time to do it right. The report he provided was more than just the standard "check boxes" type of report, it included pictures, descriptions, etc. No report is perfect, there are some things inspectors can't see, but at least knowing some of the pieces have been looked at by a professional helps give you some confidence when purchasing a house.

Moisture meters, infrared, and even a drone to see things that you can't reach. He reported the facts without being alarming-a huge thing I look for in an inspector. Outstanding. We needed a home inspector that would help us with our home purchase. After interviewing a few different home inspectors, it was clear that David was heads and tails above the rest. Even during our initial phone call, he was happy to share his wealth of knowledge. This extended to the home inspection where he was thorough and talked us through everything he was doing, and also suggested what sorts of maintenance would be required once we did own the house. I booked David for inspecting my new house, he was very responsive and patient over the phone to explain the process thoroughly for me and answered all my questions. On the inspection day, he's there before our appointment, spent the time inspecting and explaining both external and internal.
