We really enjoyed chatting with him throughout the inspection. He books and responds extremely quickly, and he was very flexible in adjusting our appointment to fit our schedule. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the level of detail he provides. The report was incredibly thorough, about 40 to 50 pages long, with photos to support every detail. He checked everything carefully, including the water test we did with him. Jason is/was (I don’t remember) also an engineer, which gave us even more confidence. We purchased a NB property and we needed a WETT inspection and certification for our new woodstove. When I advised our insurance company that we had installed the stove I didn’t realize that the clock would start ticking on their end with regard to our coverage, even though it was summer and we weren’t using it until it was inspected anyway.I called a few local inspectors and left messages. Luis Gagnon called back promptly, listened to our situation and even though he does have a busy schedule he booked an appointment to come within a week of our conversation. He was prompt, professional and thorough from start to finish. His pricing was fair, excellent in fact relative to some others that I spoke with.He is courteous, knowledgeable and he follows through with what he promises. We had an excellent experience with Mario. He went through the entire house in great detail, taking measurements and gathering data with his tools and instruments. He answered all of our questions throughout the inspection without leaving us confused. Once he completed going through the house himself, he walked us through each part of the house and pointed out issues that he found, no matter how small. He was able to provide information about what might be needed to remedy some of the issues, and gave us a better understanding of things to consider as we settle into the house. We left the inspection feeling good about the state of the house.Mario sent the detailed inspection report to us the next day with pictures of every part of the house, and the areas that might need some attention colour-coded based on level of concern. Everything was broken down by room, with all aspects of the rooms accounted for. Each issue that was found was identified in the pictures with corresponding write up. We appreciated that the report was also sent to our realtor so he could access it immediately as well.Overall we had a great experience with Mario and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection in the Moncton/Riverview/Sackville area.

Was able to secure an appointment quickly and when needed. The booked appointment time is for them to do the inspection and they contact you ahead of time to let you know when to meet them there to go over it. ( approximately 2hrs after the start time ) I arrived at the prescribed time and Mario was all done and ready for me and my realtor. The walk through was really good and he made sure that any issues ( all minor in my case ) were clearly identified and explained to me. The full pdf report was emailed to me that same evening.Great service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home with a clear conscience!

An outstanding home inspector. The level of detail and thoroughness in his reports is nothing short of amazing. I had Mario do a thorough home inspection and he was able to point out numerous faults that you normally would not notice or think to check. He looked beyond the cosmetic appearances that buyers typically see and saved me from a very costly and bad investment!! This home in particular was in a very neglected state of repair but looked amazing with all of new flooring and trim. The foundation was comprised from freezing moisture accumulated around the home, bowed to the point there was already structural cracking in joists, he found water damage under the roof from climbing through the attic, faulty electrical , faulty plumbing and a whole lot more.Thank you Mario for saving me from purchasing this home and ending up bankrupt!!!
