Kenny’s work was outstanding as was reflected in the comprehensive report he provided for a property on Vancouver Island, BC. Right off the bat he was on time (which was very appreciated with our two little kids in tow), and gave us a general overview of his findings, before walking us through the property item by item. He was able to explain things in terms that I could understand, and gave us an idea of which items were more urgent/need to be fixed and which items were more of a down-the-road to-do list repair. He was extremely thorough, and took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed at all. He even gave us resources for home maintenance and offers free technical advice for as long as we own the home. I’ve worked with a few home inspectors over the years, and overall I was very impressed with Kenny and found him to be the most knowledgeable, friendly and thorough inspector I’ve met. Would definitely recommend!
