Kenny’s work was outstanding as was reflected in the comprehensive report he provided for a property on Vancouver Island, BC. What Kenny produced in the report contained distinct descriptions and pictures broken down in areas, I .e. Property, outbuildings, home, interior, exterior, roof and foundation. Subsets included interior breakdown of rooms, windows with detail such as caulking. The bonus is he has made himself available, if needed, for as long as I own the property. Right off the bat he was on time (which was very appreciated with our two little kids in tow), and gave us a general overview of his findings, before walking us through the property item by item.
