Steve Carmichael did our home inspection but many important problems were overlooked.The toilet in the main bathroom was leaking and had almost no waxring left, the bathroom sink was leaking and the quartz counter was leaking, 2 cracks were not noticed by Steve. The sink was installed crooked and the close off taps under the kitchen sink and bathroom sink had to be replaced according to the plumber that came out upon advise from the plumber that installed a new dishwasher because ours was not sealed and steaming from the top. The air vent in the hall closed by the gas waterheater was covered over with carpet and luckily got noticed by the plumbers that replaced the 17 year old gas watertank.I also asked Steve about the cracks in the ceiling in the hallway and master bathroom; Steve never noticed he replied.I am disappointed.

Steve inspected a manufactured home in a mobile home park that I'd put an offer on, and while I knew there were definitely some things that I'd have to do/have done, the walk thru that he provided me and my realtor convinced me that there were far more deficiencies/irregularities than I had noted, so I had my realtor cancel/withdraw my offer.
