My wife and I were very satisfied with the home inspection conducted by Mr. Grant Parker from A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections. Grant was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The inspection conducted last September 2022 on the house we wanted to purchase in Airdrie, AB was thorough. The report we received from him was very helpful and gave us an understanding of the general condition of the property. Grant pointed out minor issues the property had and explained to us what may have caused the issues. He suggested on how the minor issues can be fixed or mitigated. He also gave us some tips on how to maintain the furnace & air exchange unit to have proper airflow in the house. Home inspection is an integral part of a home purchase.
