Bruno brings an array of different skill sets to A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections Winnipeg South. His previous employment position required him to oversee the production of structural beams that were shipped all over the world for commercial use. He has also built and maintained several petroleum storage facilities that were utilized by power plants in Manitoba and Ontario. Bruno also has experience as a safety inspector for petroleum and ethanol storage facilities.

Bruno has exceeded the requirements for Home Inspectors for Winnipeg by completing the ICA Home Inspector Course, and remains an active member of Internachi. When he’s not inspecting, Bruno enjoys spending time at the gym, practicing martial arts, mountain biking and snowboarding. Bruno loves working with first time home buyers and is ready to bring you peace of mind when you purchase your new home.

While looking for our first house we decided we are going to go with home inspections. We chose ‘a buyers home choice’ based on the reviews we seen. We had Bruno and Daryl come out to our first potential home, between the two of them they both pointed out things I would have never looked at. Between the two of them, they probably saved us north of $50,000 by the time it would all be fixed. Bruno came to the other house we looked at to carry out his inspection. The detail and depth that goes into a home inspection from Bruno is awesome. He does a very good job and knows what he’s doing and to look for. Daryl does too btw!!! As per usual, Bruno Penner was at the top of his game. Definitely one of the best in the business, if not, the very best!!! I made a phone call, Bruno picked up & as busy as he always is, was able to accommodate us at our preferred day & time short notice. Super thorough pre-offer inspection, was able to shed more light on a roofing concern I noticed & pointed out to my buyer’s prior & was completely honest & transparent with my buyer. Thought at this point, my offer was dead, but after going through the rest of the property with a fine tooth comb & identifying a few more areas needing attention, instilled confidence in my buyer that overall a very solid property. We moved forward with our offer & after writing the winning offer, my buyer’s are taking possession of their beautiful home in the weeks ahead, whereas, 10 other buyer’s out there are still looking. Bruno did an incredible job of inspecting our new home. His 73 page report was thorough indicating areas for improvement and things to watch for. This document will give us direction as to the things that need to be corrected or maintained; it will act as a good historical document of our house. Bruno's post-inspection walk-thru was also incredibly thorough and detailed. He answered any questions and he is obviously very knowledgeable in home construction.

Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! Bruno helped us so much with our home-buying journey. He added relevant and practical tips and advice that we would not have known by ourselves or would have probably spent countless hours watching videos on the internet and still not be made aware of. His down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach showed the keen attention to detail he has, and his ability to explain to us everything we needed to know about the property without being in the least bit condescending was much appreciated. Also, he seems to be genuinely concerned that we would be able to fully enjoy the property to its full potential.
