Grant Parker brings a wealth of knowledge to the Calgary North West Team.  Grant has spent the last 20 years in residential and commercial construction, 10 of which have been spent working with both single and multi family builders in various positions. During this time Grant has turned over more than eleven hundred new homes, and conducted nearly two thousand pre-possession and warranty walkthroughs with new homeowners. In his free time, Grant enjoys skiing, mountain biking and camping with his wife and three children.

Highly recommend Grant Parker of buyer’s choice! Parker is more knowledgeable and very detail person, arriving on time and using more technology for the inspection. Reasonable charge and high quality work ! He did for full inspection first , then second time consolation, he fully presented for his customer and gave a useful advice! This is third time service, the second inspection, great service for checking each problems that customer never found using his knowledge. Although our agent initially informed us that we would only have two hours for the inspection, Grant was able to negotiate additional time, emphasizing that his focus was on quality and accuracy rather than rushing through the process.He came well-equipped with advanced technology to measure moisture levels and capture thermal readings, which gave us even more confidence in our potential purchase. Grant was phenomenal! I highly recommend. Not only was he early, but gave a thorough investigation of our home-to-be, including insights on what he would prioritize based on dates, timelines (checking this or that monthly, twice a year, etc.), and offering recommendations on what we could undertake if we wished to make small updates to the home. He noticed things we hadn’t even begun to see, walked us through the home and his notes, and provided an incredibly detailed report less than 12 hours later!

My wife and I were very satisfied with the home inspection conducted by Mr. Grant Parker from A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections. Grant was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The inspection conducted last September 2022 on the house we wanted to purchase in Airdrie, AB was thorough. The report we received from him was very helpful and gave us an understanding of the general condition of the property. Grant pointed out minor issues the property had and explained to us what may have caused the issues. He suggested on how the minor issues can be fixed or mitigated. He also gave us some tips on how to maintain the furnace & air exchange unit to have proper airflow in the house. Home inspection is an integral part of a home purchase. It does not matter whether it is a new build or a resale. So, should you need a home inspection, we highly recommend Mr. Grant Parker of A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Grant at A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections performed a home inspection for me at a vacant property. I only had a few days to get this completed; Grant was quick to respond and had a few options to book in prior to the deadline. I was keen to get this done quickly so he managed to fit this in the same day. He coordinated with the agent and made the whole process very simple. The full report was provided within 24 hours and I was massively impressed with the level of detail in such short notice. The recommendations in the report were ideal and the follow ups plus added extras like warranty recall checks on appliances were a bonus.
