His background working closely with contractors and trades also gives him a strong eye for workmanship, materials, and long-term durability.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, James operated and supported service-based painting businesses, experience that reinforced the importance of professionalism, communication, and reliability, qualities he brings to every inspection.
Outside of work, James enjoys golfing and backcountry snowboarding with his wife, activities that reflect his appreciation for preparation, focus, and the outdoors.
