We hired Kyle for our initial home inspection, and then, since we were first-time home owners, we hired him to do another walkthrough a few years later, a service that he offers at half the cost of the original inspection (with no report). Both times we found him easy to work with and very helpful. He took time to answer our questions and the report for the initial inspection was provided the same day. Plus they also send a monthly email letting you know if there have been any recalls issued for any of the appliances in your house, and gives some tips of what home maintenance tasks you may want to do that month. I would highly recommend them.
