The new Pre-Offer Inspection Services include the following three options.
Service #1 – Verbal Inspection Consultation During Viewing
Our highly trained home inspector will join you and your REALTOR® during the home viewing to provide a live verbal report. While you’re touring the property, we conduct a high-level, 45-60-minute non-invasive visual survey of the property’s major systems – including the interior, heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing, exterior and roofing. We verbally communicate observations to provide transparency and education pre-offer so you can be confident in your decision to make an offer on that property. As an added bonus, after your offer has been accepted, our inspector will return to complete a full inspection at a reduced rate, which will include a digital report, warranty and lifetime appliance safety recall monitoring.
Service #2 – Full Pre-Offer Property Inspection
Our inspector completes a full inspection pre-offer, which includes a digital report, warranty and lifetime appliance safety recall monitoring. We evaluate major systems, including the interior, heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing, exterior and roofing. This comprehensive report becomes the property’s operations manual, which details deficiencies, safety concerns, system shut-off locations as well as maintenance suggestions. Complimentary technical advice is included for as long as you own the home when you’ve opted for our full inspection service.
Service #3 – Technical Advice During Viewing
