This was my first time working with Steve, and it certainly won’t be the last. My clients needed a home inspection on short notice for a Sunday, as that was the only time their family members could join. Steve responded promptly and was able to accommodate the request without hesitation. He arrived on time, conducted himself professionally, and demonstrated in-depth knowledge throughout the inspection. I met Steve when he was doing a home inspection for our home, for a prospective buyer. Steve was very open to any questions I had and explained the methodology he used for conducting the inspection. A short time later I was in the position of needing a home inspector and had no hesitation to contact Steve.Again while he was inspecting the home that we were interested in he would answer all my questions.He was prompt in arriving at the location (in fact he was early and had started the inspection on the outside of the house before we arrived) and extremely thorough in his process in doing the inspection. He advised I would the have the report within 24 hours and I recieved it early the morning.The report was over 70 pages including photographs of each area inspected. Extra photo,s if there was an item of interest as well arrows to point to the area being referred to.A very informative and easy to read document.I have no hesitation in recommending Steve Callen if you are looking for a knowledgeable, prompt personable and efficient person.

Worth every penny!We had Steve Callen perform our home inspection and he was nothing short of amazing. No detail was too small to go unnoticed by Steve, he was informative, courteous, and answered many questions throughout the process. Initially the weather was not ideal for the drone to perform the roof imaging, and Steve said he would come back the next day since we weren't too far, however the weather lightened up and he was able to capture the pictures. But regardless his commitment to getting the job done right was impressive. On top of all this the detailed report was more than we expected. The best money we have spent on home by far! Steve was very professional , arrived really early (appointment was at 10am- finished at 1pm). Honest and did due diligence with his Job. Steve went through every scribbles and corner of the property. When I mean every corner he did. Also let me know all that needs to be fixed right away if I as getting the property and what was not a rush and also if you open up to him can let you know if it’s worth it. In the future if I am fortunate to have /buy another place I’d use his service again.He also travels max 2hrs.

We worked with Steve Callen to have a home inspection conducted on a house we were offering on. He was very professional, answered questions as we had them throughout the inspection, and took the time to do it right. The report he provided was more than just the standard "check boxes" type of report, it included pictures, descriptions, etc. No report is perfect, there are some things inspectors can't see, but at least knowing some of the pieces have been looked at by a professional helps give you some confidence when purchasing a house.
